We are looking for a Leasing / Project Coordinator to join our Marysville branch and act as a point of contact for our vendors and employees. Leasing Coordinator responsibilities include supporting regular office operations along with scheduling deliveries and pickups of our customers mobile office buildings. To be successful in this role, you have excellent organization skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You have knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You thrive in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you are able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer and vendor relationships.

Pay range: $22 - $24 per hour DOE

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Schedule all deliveries and pickups of units in an efficient manner, including generation of delivery/pickup/move sheets and coordinating with the truck drivers and outside vendors.
  • Manage daily leasing calendar and dispatch of lease fleet.
  • Answer a multi-line phone system, forwarding calls as necessary and appropriate.
  • Provide sales support for sales staff on leasing inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain current information in company database for subcontractors and customers.
  • Provide quotes for leasing when sales staff not available.
  • Generate overall branch POs with proper coding, dates, and amounts.
  • Process returns timely (coordinating with yard personnel).
  • Assist corporate with invoice and collection issues (by understanding collection and repossession procedures).
  • Assist with gathering insurance certificates from customer in timely manner.
  • Work in coordination with branch management in reviewing expenses and projecting expenditure.
  • Actively participate in weekly branch meetings.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience as a dispatcher/scheduler
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing sales and office administrative support
  • Understanding and comprehension of prevailing wage, Davis Bacon, and requirements
  • High level understanding of cost coding, budget estimates, subcontract agreements and interpreting detailed scopes of work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred experience with D365
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Spend hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
  • May occasionally perform light lifting of supplies and materials
